Great composition and cold, subdued colors. The placement of the sign in the frame is visually interesting. nah, there’s still the chain.. but we went in nonetheless.. 🙂 nicely composed to depict the closed scenery. hope you had a wonderful christmas! great composition! best wishes for the new year. and thank you Rian for all your comments this year. Wonderful perspective and selective focus. When we went to Kinderdijk on the 25th, we didn’t even have to pay the normal parking fee because no one was there to guard the place. It was a free-for-all kind of day. I love it. And good for you to take a stroll, Rian. Just what the doctor ordered for us, too. absolutely wonderful composition i like this equilibrium between subject and foreground excellent point of view I like the close in shot of the sign with the blurred image of park things in the background. Nice one. I like the “off kilter” feeling you get with the horizon as shot. Great winter feel as well. Nicely done. Terrific composition…brrrr…I can feel the cold! I like this. Story of my life. As my grandfather would have said “You can’t get there from here.” Love this! Great composition Rian. this makes me curious: what’s in there in this park? Nice DOF and phantastic colours as well!
