Just love the American Dream feel here, giant sun heating the pressure-cooker-like van 😉 Love the light.
POOR AIRSTREAM, it looks like it doesn’t even have windows, i would buy an airstream if it had a queen bed instead of a double… gorgeous, post apocolyptic picture tho!!
WOW! What a great find. Yes – shelter for sure – of a sort..
I like the title. The shot is effective. I especially like the large expanse of sky overhead. That, and how it has a very isolated feeling.
Cool shot. I like the expansive sky.
That’s definitely a dry, thirsty land. I remember when people who owned an airstream were pretty well off financially. What a sky.
I love the vastness of the desert and the sense of abandonment in this shot.
that telephone pole looks like a periscope !
love this! such a classic image.
Reminds me of when I was driving from Dallas to Los Angeles and kept seeing these shiny things off in the distance, sometimes right at the foot of a desert mountain. It took me forever to figure out they were airstreams. I guess they because they work well out there because they’re reflective?
I don’t know. But this shot captures the region very, very well.
Love that abandoned trailer! Great, big sky compo. Nice!! You take great pics of Route 66.
Get it? It rhymed.
Very apocalyptic in it’s own way, feels and looks like something out of Mad Max!
cool shot, could be a frame from a movie like aliens-attack-earth-but-one-guy-still-holds-against-them
Fine shot with these white trails in the sky 🙂
i like how you can spot one of those random things seen on the road. 🙂
