very nice rian! I like the vignette approach on this photo. Great BW processing too, sharp and clear!
Those tweakies can get all of us. 🙂 Good shot Rian. It must take forever to get all that gear on the horses.
very nice capture Rian, it doesn’t LOOK tweaky, it looks like a very natural, very GOOD black and white….
Nice shot here. I like the strength of these animals.
Nice result… well worth the time !
A nice vintage and timeless feel.
Cool photo.
A superb photograph and well worth the tweaking for such an excellent effect. They look so tired, poor things
A fine image. I especially like your use of “trudging” which is so apt given the posture of the straining horses. A strong picture.
This picture seems to be taken in an ancient time or decade.
Wow…where did you come across these guys? Evidently, by a lake. 🙂 Very nicely done…good choice on the processing.
We feel the power, the effort, not yours, the horses 🙂

Fantastic capture, appropriately titled…poor horses look like they need to take five. Love the post processing….excellent!
Man people use the word nice a lot. Nice shot! 🙂
looks like an hour well spent. we can almost feel their soft noses. even before you starting tweaking though it looks like you had a lovely composition.
awesome old black and white feel. lovely.
Here horsie, here horsie… cool shot love the vignetting and the tones.
Definitely has an old school feel to it…very cool.
Love the processing, cool shot!
These horses look very powerful in this photo. Really nice processing!
wonderful.. well worth the effort! 🙂
Hey! I missed this one somehow. Are you posting 2 a day now? Stop. Love this. The tweaking gives a look of the horses really working. Never stop tweaking. It’s part of the artistic expression of it.
very dreamy pic, lovely!
. . . . or get a Holga, that would do this right off! You can get Holga lenses for digital cameras. I have no idea what they are like but I sort of like the idea.
Well it doesn’t look over-processed at all! Well done! Really strong image!
