..here’s a UFO USO surfacing from the east river..
*after reading mike’s comment, i changed UFO to USO because it makes perfect sense.. why hadn’t i thought of it.. maybe it’s because i’m off to bermuda again this weekend.. lol! ;D
While leaving the promenade at Brooklyn Heights, a mob of teenage girls were flocking towards the Manhattan skyline scenery. Most of them were saying “OMG, OMG, This is soooo cool!”

Happy 125th
Yesterday was the kickoff celebration for the 125th anniversary of the Brooklyn Bridge. The highlight of the night was a Grucci fireworks extravaganza. There also was a concert by the Brooklyn Philharmonic so I expected a lot of people to show up at DUMBO. This was taken at Brooklyn Heights.

I guess it’s a rare opportunity to chance upon clear & blue skies this winter. And when it comes, you’ve got to mash that shutter like crazy. It’s been overcast for a few days now & it’s a good thing I’ve a few shots of Brooklyn Heights from last Sunday.
