..shot on a late, cloudy day off of carnegie hall, a one-legged lady (not really)
*update 7:04PM EST*
..i think i’ve got some of you fooled..that’s not a reflection, that’s just an advertisement of the carnegie hall’s facade..i shot this behind the carnegie hall.. ๐

Nice motion blur…my attention focuses on the gorgeous reflection you’ve captured. Very nice.
i love the reflection Rian. and nice action shot on the lady. she seemed to be just taking her time. :p
the blur works very well here since she is walking. the symmestrical view of the windows is also great too!
This woman in motion gives interest to the photo
I have a joke about a peg leg and a hunchback, but couldn’t tell it in type ๐ anyway, great shot Rian, incredible clarity then the motion blur really gives depth to the photo.. i dig it
amazing foto…nice reflection…i love this motion. Regards from Yogyakarta Indonesia.
Love how you’ve captured ‘motion’. Wonderful image.
She needs to turn in there and attend the show.
Like the framing and composition, nice symmetry. The center two windows are really captivating. Like the lighting and tones here too.
Un trรยจs beau sujet, quel bonheur !
An excellent composition. Reflections and motion blur add deepness and life to it.
What excellent framing on this super capture, the reflection is just an added bonus and icing.
Very nice…color is great. A one legged theater go-er would have taken this shot to 11.
Beautiful windows and I love the movement in this.
I like the motion you captured. Nice timing and composition.
Love the motion and reflection as well…nice capture!
For some reason I find the motion blurry woman distracting rather than adding to the scene.
I have to agree with some others who noticed the beauty of the reflection.

I like the formal appearance of the windows behind the walker. The person makes a valuable addition to the shot adding eye-catching qualities and raising questions. By herself?
Nice shot. Love the symmetry and the movement of the woman.
Nice feeling of motion.
Like the motion of the girl (one legged or not ;)), it adds some dynamics to the picture. Nice picture
Totally original.
I love the presentation, framing and the motion blurr all in one
Fantastic street-photo, Rian!
she looks a bit spooky if I may say so lol.. like those bricks. nicely composed.
One of your best, superb shot!
Excellent balance off the colours in the picture, the blue windows and the red purse are gorgeous. Congratulations…
I had heard of Carnegie Hall of course, but had never seen a picture. I even do not know in which city it is (shame !). New York??
Superbly set up! And amazing how only that one leg is in focus! Really nice job Rian!
