..here’s another cardinal shot without the freaky leaves effect.. this time, he’s striking a pose.. i find these birds amusing.. they seem to be outgoing in that they seem to get bored and try to play catch with other birds..

Super good. I like this better than your other stupendous cardinal photo because the isolation of the cardinal from the background makes this pop.

And here I thought you said you weren’t into bird pictures – or flower photos for that matter! This one’s beautiful, though, as was your flower photo.

Striking pose and striking colours. Great shot. We find that birds are difficult and we never get close enough leaving us to crop. This works well with the composition making the cardinal a part of the frame rather than the only object of interest.
