Yup, I’d say so, Rian! It looks like something from the past meeting up with the future.
perfect frame ans shade, very nice
BEautiful compo and processing . Love these tones with retro feel !
Very nice the way the light is coming in at an angle. Terrific shot.
I like how the youngster is giving the helicopters his rapt attention while being walked straight ahead. Fine street-type shot.
Hand in the hand for one strolls, pretty catch of sight, I like this tonality, well with you Rian
very cool toning. works well.
love the grainy and retro-style processing you’ve given on this photo!
the toning is cool. funny feeling as i look at this – it reminds me of being a kid myself and being taken to air shows and tarmacs by my father. he loved aircraft and had a lot of friends who were pilots.
Vintage look – did you model it to an old B&W film?
classic shot and a very good toning
You named this one correctly. I like the image. Looks like an old black and white photo. I like it.
My initial reaction to this was meeting a casket. I think you were going for the opposite sentiment, but now I’m stuck on that. So, for me, this feels somber even though I know it isn’t.
Could also be a “boy’s wonder” at these huge flying machines. Very nice capture – different!
